The group originally consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Björn Dixgård, guitarist and backing vocalist Gustaf Norén, bassist and backing vocalist Daniel Haglund, and drummer Samuel Giers. Known for their energetic performances and a sound that blends elements of garage rock, pop, and indie, Mando Diao gained international recognition with their breakthrough album 'Bring 'Em In' in 2002, which featured hits like 'Dance with Somebody.'
